交出一份暖心答卷!水發熱電(榮成)2024—2025年供暖季圓滿收官

2025年(nian)4月16日24時,水發熱電(榮成)有限公(gong)司圓滿完成供暖(nuan)任務,2024—2025年(nian)供暖(nuan)季(ji)圓滿收官。在這(zhe)個供暖(nuan)季(ji)中(zhong),公(gong)司全體干部(bu)職工始終把群眾冷暖(nuan)放在心上,全力以赴保(bao)障民(min)生供熱,攻堅(jian)克難,擔當作為,持續提升供暖(nuan)效果和服務水平,交出一份暖(nuan)心答卷。

強化(hua)設備維修保養,夯實供熱基礎

2024—2025年(nian)供(gong)(gong)(gong)暖季(ji),供(gong)(gong)(gong)暖面積(ji)593萬(wan)㎡,新(xin)(xin)增供(gong)(gong)(gong)暖面積(ji)1.7萬(wan)㎡,供(gong)(gong)(gong)暖用(yong)戶55197戶。供(gong)(gong)(gong)暖季(ji)來臨前(qian),公司(si)提(ti)前(qian)安排部(bu)署,深(shen)入開展“冬(dong)病夏治”專項行(xing)(xing)動,對(dui)機組(zu)設備(bei)、供(gong)(gong)(gong)熱(re)設施、供(gong)(gong)(gong)熱(re)管(guan)網進行(xing)(xing)全面排查,對(dui)供(gong)(gong)(gong)暖期出現的問題(ti)進行(xing)(xing)梳理(li)匯總,形成維(wei)修清單,編制大修技改計劃,消除各類隱患缺(que)陷,檢修管(guan)網7569米,新(xin)(xin)建(jian)管(guan)網2800米,更換循環泵1臺(tai)、補(bu)水泵4臺(tai),清洗板式(shi)換熱(re)器45臺(tai),維(wei)修、保養(yang)換熱(re)站(zhan)72座、換熱(re)機組(zu)105套,有效(xiao)提(ti)高供(gong)(gong)(gong)熱(re)系(xi)統(tong)運(yun)行(xing)(xing)效(xiao)率(lv),惠(hui)及(ji)用(yong)戶5000余戶,為冬(dong)季(ji)供(gong)(gong)(gong)暖奠定堅實基礎。


扎實做好供暖保障,確保供熱效果

在供(gong)暖季期間,通(tong)過多(duo)種方式加強運(yun)(yun)行管(guan)控,從設施維護、參數優化、熱力(li)調配等環節入手,確保供(gong)暖服務(wu)穩定(ding)可靠。運(yun)(yun)行人員(yuan)認真(zhen)監盤、精細調節,全面落實(shi)運(yun)(yun)行方案(an),針對關鍵(jian)設備異(yi)常、極(ji)端氣(qi)(qi)候等突(tu)發狀況做好應急預(yu)案(an),細化各項處(chu)置流程。熱電廠與(yu)供(gong)熱首站協同聯動(dong),充(chong)分利用(yong)(yong)智能(neng)(neng)供(gong)熱平臺功能(neng)(neng),提升供(gong)熱調控和服務(wu)保障能(neng)(neng)力(li),實(shi)現按(an)需供(gong)熱、精準供(gong)熱、優質供(gong)熱。密切關注天(tian)(tian)氣(qi)(qi)變化,根據氣(qi)(qi)溫變化趨(qu)勢,及時調整供(gong)熱參數,確保在不同天(tian)(tian)氣(qi)(qi)條件下,用(yong)(yong)戶室內溫度始終保持在舒(shu)適區間,為用(yong)(yong)戶提供(gong)穩定(ding)、可靠的供(gong)暖服務(wu)。


強化設備故障消缺,護航系統穩定運行

在供暖季,設(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)(bei)故障(zhang)隨(sui)時可能(neng)發(fa)生,公司深(shen)知(zhi)維修消(xiao)(xiao)缺(que)的(de)重要性。為(wei)此,檢(jian)修人(ren)員加大設(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)(bei)巡檢(jian)力(li)度,及時消(xiao)(xiao)除設(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)(bei)故障(zhang)缺(que)陷,為(wei)機組設(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)(bei)穩(wen)定運行保駕護(hu)航。公司成立5支(zhi)供熱管(guan)網搶(qiang)修隊、2支(zhi)站房(fang)設(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)(bei)搶(qiang)修隊,配備(bei)(bei)(bei)應急搶(qiang)修車11輛,儲備(bei)(bei)(bei)充足(zu)的(de)備(bei)(bei)(bei)品備(bei)(bei)(bei)件(jian),供熱中控、客(ke)服(fu)熱線、供熱管(guan)家、站房(fang)設(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)(bei)巡檢(jian)等關鍵崗位實行24小時負(fu)責制,隨(sui)時應對(dui)(dui)供熱突發(fa)事件(jian)。一旦發(fa)生供熱突發(fa)情(qing)況,立即啟動應急預案(an),搶(qiang)修人(ren)員在最短時間內趕赴現場(chang),快速響應、高效協同、妥善處(chu)置,最大限度減(jian)少對(dui)(dui)用戶的(de)影(ying)響,有力(li)保障(zhang)供熱系(xi)統安全穩(wen)定運行。


優化供熱服務保障,提升服務水平

公司始終將提(ti)升供(gong)暖服(fu)(fu)務水平作為工(gong)作重點,深入(ru)開展“訪(fang)民問(wen)暖”專項行動,工(gong)作人員(yuan)對(dui)(dui)供(gong)熱區域開展“地毯式”走訪(fang),走訪(fang)供(gong)熱用(yong)戶(hu)12000戶(hu),面(mian)對(dui)(dui)面(mian)傾(qing)聽群(qun)眾(zhong)心聲,實(shi)地解(jie)決供(gong)熱問(wen)題5396件,不斷(duan)提(ti)升群(qun)眾(zhong)“溫暖指數(shu)”和“滿意(yi)(yi)指數(shu)”。客服(fu)(fu)熱線電話24小時(shi)暢(chang)通(tong),第一時(shi)間(jian)受理用(yong)戶(hu)訴求,累計(ji)接聽熱線電話26006個,實(shi)現用(yong)戶(hu)咨(zi)詢、投訴、報修“一條龍”服(fu)(fu)務,持續在線守(shou)護群(qun)眾(zhong)溫暖。供(gong)暖管家提(ti)供(gong)上門服(fu)(fu)務,快速解(jie)決各(ge)類供(gong)熱問(wen)題,用(yong)實(shi)際行動提(ti)升用(yong)戶(hu)的滿意(yi)(yi)度和幸福感(gan)。
