供暖無小(xiao)事,冷暖系民心(xin)。隨著(zhu)天氣逐(zhu)漸轉涼,2023年10月11日取暖費收(shou)(shou)繳(jiao)工作(zuo)正式開始,客服(fu)部(bu)工作(zuo)人員早早來到工作(zuo)崗位,做好取暖費收(shou)(shou)繳(jiao)準(zhun)備工作(zuo)。

上(shang)(shang)午8:00,客(ke)服大廳人頭攢動,前來辦(ban)理繳(jiao)(jiao)費(fei)(fei)業(ye)務(wu)(wu)的(de)用(yong)戶(hu)有序排起(qi)長隊,客(ke)服人員熟練辦(ban)理業(ye)務(wu)(wu),耐(nai)心(xin)解(jie)答用(yong)戶(hu)提出的(de)問題。為方便(bian)(bian)用(yong)戶(hu)辦(ban)理業(ye)務(wu)(wu),石(shi)島(dao)水發供(gong)(gong)熱(re)(re)(re)多措并舉,全(quan)力做好用(yong)戶(hu)取(qu)暖(nuan)費(fei)(fei)收(shou)繳(jiao)(jiao)工(gong)(gong)作。一是公司(si)提前組織員工(gong)(gong)培訓,重點培訓供(gong)(gong)熱(re)(re)(re)收(shou)費(fei)(fei)政(zheng)策、業(ye)務(wu)(wu)辦(ban)理流程、供(gong)(gong)熱(re)(re)(re)常識、收(shou)費(fei)(fei)系統(tong)操作、熱(re)(re)(re)線電話(hua)接聽技(ji)巧(qiao)、服務(wu)(wu)禮儀等內(nei)容,提高員工(gong)(gong)業(ye)務(wu)(wu)技(ji)能水平,提升整體業(ye)務(wu)(wu)辦(ban)理效率,同時(shi),為方便(bian)(bian)用(yong)戶(hu)了解(jie)相關信息,公司(si)印刷(shua)了供(gong)(gong)熱(re)(re)(re)宣(xuan)傳(chuan)資料,放(fang)置在(zai)各個業(ye)務(wu)(wu)辦(ban)理窗口(kou),以(yi)便(bian)(bian)用(yong)戶(hu)隨時(shi)取(qu)閱(yue)。二是客(ke)服部通(tong)過趕大集宣(xuan)傳(chuan)、小(xiao)區走訪(fang)等形(xing)式(shi),先(xian)后(hou)開展多次供(gong)(gong)熱(re)(re)(re)宣(xuan)傳(chuan)活動,發放(fang)《威海市供(gong)(gong)熱(re)(re)(re)管(guan)理辦(ban)法》、《安全(quan)用(yong)暖(nuan)手冊》、《供(gong)(gong)熱(re)(re)(re)繳(jiao)(jiao)費(fei)(fei)卡使(shi)用(yong)宣(xuan)傳(chuan)單(dan)》,就(jiu)用(yong)戶(hu)關心(xin)的(de)供(gong)(gong)暖(nuan)熱(re)(re)(re)點問題進行宣(xuan)傳(chuan)講解(jie),努力取(qu)得用(yong)戶(hu)對供(gong)(gong)暖(nuan)服務(wu)(wu)和(he)(he)收(shou)費(fei)(fei)工(gong)(gong)作的(de)認(ren)可(ke)和(he)(he)支持。三是拓(tuo)寬繳(jiao)(jiao)費(fei)(fei)渠(qu)道,用(yong)戶(hu)可(ke)通(tong)過供(gong)(gong)熱(re)(re)(re)客(ke)服中(zhong)心(xin)、行政(zheng)審(shen)批(pi)中(zhong)心(xin)服務(wu)(wu)窗口(kou)、農村(cun)商業(ye)銀行APP、微信、支付(fu)寶等渠(qu)道繳(jiao)(jiao)納取(qu)暖(nuan)費(fei)(fei),實現(xian)“線上(shang)(shang)+線下”雙渠(qu)道收(shou)費(fei)(fei),加快取(qu)暖(nuan)費(fei)(fei)收(shou)繳(jiao)(jiao)進度,做到“應收(shou)盡收(shou)、應收(shou)早收(shou)”。
