近期,榮成石島水發(fa)供熱有限公司組織(zhi)開展板(ban)式換(huan)熱器堵塞(sai)故(gu)(gu)障應急演練,切(qie)實提高公司應對供熱突發(fa)故(gu)(gu)障的組織(zhi)指(zhi)揮、快速(su)響應及(ji)處置(zhi)能力。
本次供(gong)熱(re)專項應急(ji)演(yan)(yan)練(lian)打破以(yi)(yi)(yi)往傳統演(yan)(yan)練(lian)模式(shi),以(yi)(yi)(yi)石島區域管網(wang)實(shi)際(ji)情(qing)況(kuang)(供(gong)熱(re)管網(wang)建設(she)年久且(qie)受海洋(yang)氣候影響逐年腐蝕老化(hua)嚴重,在運行(xing)過程時有漏(lou)點出現(xian),管網(wang)搶修24小(xiao)時負(fu)責制)為依托(tuo),在演(yan)(yan)練(lian)過程中(zhong)(zhong)假設(she)出現(xian)供(gong)熱(re)管網(wang)突發泄(xie)漏(lou)情(qing)況(kuang),影響正常供(gong)熱(re),演(yan)(yan)練(lian)人(ren)員在趕(gan)往板式(shi)換(huan)(huan)熱(re)器清洗(xi)(xi)(xi)現(xian)場的過程中(zhong)(zhong),采取AB角轉換(huan)(huan)的模式(shi),原有板換(huan)(huan)清洗(xi)(xi)(xi)隊伍(wu)立即(ji)就(jiu)近投(tou)入管網(wang)泄(xie)漏(lou)現(xian)場,替補隊員立即(ji)支(zhi)援應急(ji)演(yan)(yan)練(lian)現(xian)場,迅速投(tou)入到(dao)板式(shi)換(huan)(huan)熱(re)器清洗(xi)(xi)(xi)搶修過程當中(zhong)(zhong),以(yi)(yi)(yi)實(shi)戰(zhan)鍛煉一(yi)支(zhi)召(zhao)之(zhi)(zhi)即(ji)來、戰(zhan)之(zhi)(zhi)必勝的應急(ji)搶修隊伍(wu)。
演練過(guo)程中(zhong),模擬供熱(re)期間石島新城區新城廠(chang)區站內(nei)板式(shi)換(huan)熱(re)器發生堵(du)塞故障,應急(ji)(ji)(ji)指(zhi)揮部接(jie)到“險情”后,迅速啟動(dong)應急(ji)(ji)(ji)預案,協調應急(ji)(ji)(ji)救援力量展開救援行(xing)動(dong)...... 從中(zhong)控室(shi)值班人員發現新城廠(chang)區站換(huan)熱(re)機組運行(xing)參數異常(一級管(guan)網(wang)供回(hui)水溫差變小、二級管(guan)網(wang)供回(hui)水溫度偏低等(deng)),到管(guan)網(wang)搶(qiang)修(xiu)隊接(jie)到中(zhong)控指(zhi)令并進行(xing)搶(qiang)修(xiu)崗(gang)位AB角轉換(huan),現場確認(ren)情況,逐級反(fan)饋落實(shi),緊急(ji)(ji)(ji)搶(qiang)修(xiu)清(qing)洗板換(huan),信息發布,搶(qiang)修(xiu)結(jie)束,信息反(fan)饋、逐步恢復正常供熱(re),演練點(dian)評,整個(ge)演練過(guo)程用(yong)時約2小時。
