2023年(nian),水發熱電(榮成)有限(xian)公(gong)司從(cong)小(xiao)處(chu)著手,從(cong)細節處(chu)著手,通過(guo)實施小(xiao)技改(gai)創(chuang)效益(yi),實現(xian)降本(ben)增效,助力企(qi)業高質量發展。
多年以來,供(gong)(gong)(gong)暖季近3個(ge)月辦公(gong)樓需單獨(du)供(gong)(gong)(gong)暖,但辦公(gong)樓混(hun)(hun)水機(ji)組(zu)無法實(shi)(shi)現(xian)單獨(du)供(gong)(gong)(gong)暖,在運(yun)(yun)行(xing)(xing)調整上造(zao)成不必要的熱量(liang)(liang)、電量(liang)(liang)損(sun)失。結合(he)(he)現(xian)場實(shi)(shi)際運(yun)(yun)行(xing)(xing)情(qing)況,生技部(bu)專(zhuan)工(gong)制定現(xian)場技術改造(zao)方案,檢修部(bu)員工(gong)施工(gong)改造(zao),運(yun)(yun)行(xing)(xing)部(bu)調度運(yun)(yun)行(xing)(xing)進行(xing)(xing)試驗調整,通過在混(hun)(hun)水機(ji)組(zu)供(gong)(gong)(gong)水管(guan)(guan)(guan)道加裝隔離門,在混(hun)(hun)水機(ji)組(zu)供(gong)(gong)(gong)水管(guan)(guan)(guan)道與加熱器水側出口母管(guan)(guan)(guan)間加裝聯(lian)(lian)絡門,使加熱器出口熱源水與辦公(gong)樓回(hui)收進行(xing)(xing)混(hun)(hun)合(he)(he),保證辦公(gong)樓混(hun)(hun)水機(ji)組(zu)的正常(chang)運(yun)(yun)行(xing)(xing),實(shi)(shi)現(xian)單獨(du)供(gong)(gong)(gong)暖。采暖站一、二次供(gong)(gong)(gong)水管(guan)(guan)(guan)道改造(zao)后(hou),辦公(gong)樓混(hun)(hun)水機(ji)組(zu)聯(lian)(lian)合(he)(he)運(yun)(yun)行(xing)(xing)時間90天,節省供(gong)(gong)(gong)熱量(liang)(liang)4689GJ,折合(he)(he)160.02噸(dun)標煤,節省用(yong)電量(liang)(liang)10304kwh,年節能(neng)23.19萬元。
工程(cheng)技術部(bu)聯合設備部(bu)對(dui)除(chu)污器進行改造(zao),除(chu)污器網(wang)板(ban)采用傾(qing)斜(xie)(xie)角度(du)安(an)裝,在(zai)斜(xie)(xie)網(wang)板(ban)中(zhong)間設有多個(ge)帶(dai)過濾槽(cao)的網(wang)盒,比(bi)傳統直網(wang)方法(fa)增加過水面(mian)(mian)積(ji)(ji)100%以上,水泵揚程(cheng)可(ke)以減(jian)小3m水柱(zhu)左右,減(jian)少了能(neng)源損耗(hao),降低了企業運行成(cheng)本。在(zai)改變過濾網(wang)形(xing)式和布局兩種(zhong)方法(fa)擴大(da)(da)通(tong)過面(mian)(mian)積(ji)(ji)同(tong)時,還可(ke)以降低除(chu)污器體積(ji)(ji)節省(sheng)除(chu)污站(zhan)房占地(di)面(mian)(mian)積(ji)(ji),并(bing)且安(an)裝在(zai)換熱器之前可(ke)以有效避免換熱器堵(du)塞。此外,改造(zao)南橋頭站(zhan)、殷家站(zhan)、嘉和站(zhan)、廠區(qu)一二系(xi)統、大(da)(da)魚島換熱站(zhan)、山前站(zhan)、開發政府站(zhan)除(chu)污器,共計節約電(dian)費36000元。
