自供(gong)暖結束以來,水(shui)發中瑋(wei)(定襄)熱力有(you)限公(gong)司領導班子組織各部門負責人對6S管理(li)(li)規定進行了討論,雖然最終的(de)(de)(de)標準制(zhi)度尚未下發,但各部門已積極(ji)行動起(qi)來,將公(gong)司6S管理(li)(li)統籌推進,用扎實的(de)(de)(de)舉措,打(da)造整齊(qi)、干凈的(de)(de)(de)工作環境(jing),努力培養員工好的(de)(de)(de)習慣和文明素養,進而推動實現環境(jing)清潔衛生、生產安全穩(wen)定、管理(li)(li)規范有(you)序,以嶄新的(de)(de)(de)面貌迎接新的(de)(de)(de)挑戰。
全面清理整頓各區衛生 營造舒適整潔工作環境
為了把“6S”管理(li)工作落到實處(chu),按(an)照(zhao)公司要(yao)求,分步驟(zou)有序推進,前期主(zhu)要(yao)對生產區域、配電室等進行了全面清理(li)整頓。
現(xian)階段主要(yao)針對辦(ban)(ban)公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)區(qu)域及(ji)(ji)周(zhou)圍環境(jing)衛生(sheng)進行全面清理整(zheng)頓。一(yi)是(shi)嚴格要(yao)求(qiu)辦(ban)(ban)公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)室文(wen)件(jian)柜(ju)及(ji)(ji)辦(ban)(ban)公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)桌上(shang)文(wen)件(jian)筐按(an)照(zhao)要(yao)求(qiu)擺(bai)放(fang)(fang),做到辦(ban)(ban)公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)區(qu)域物(wu)品整(zheng)齊有序擺(bai)放(fang)(fang)。二是(shi)對辦(ban)(ban)公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)室堆放(fang)(fang)的(de)(de)(de)文(wen)件(jian)及(ji)(ji)資料分(fen)類整(zheng)理,集中整(zheng)齊放(fang)(fang)置文(wen)件(jian)柜(ju),做到辦(ban)(ban)公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)室椅背(bei)后面不搭掛衣(yi)物(wu),辦(ban)(ban)工(gong)桌上(shang)不允許擺(bai)放(fang)(fang)閑置物(wu)品,辦(ban)(ban)公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)室區(qu)域要(yao)窗明幾凈。三是(shi)在種植區(qu)開展拔草除雜(za)”集體勞動,增(zeng)強大家的(de)(de)(de)團隊凝(ning)聚力和向(xiang)心力,美(mei)化公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)廠區(qu)環境(jing)。經過長時間的(de)(de)(de)整(zheng)改,公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)廠區(qu)整(zheng)體環境(jing)面貌發生(sheng)了很大變化,干凈、亮(liang)麗成為了辦(ban)(ban)公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)室的(de)(de)(de)常態。
明確責任分工 加強物資管理 隨著公司6S管(guan)理(li)不斷(duan)推向深入,物資部也緊(jin)跟步(bu)伐,將“6S”管(guan)理(li)融入物資管(guan)理(li)全過程,一改往日倉庫雜亂堆放現(xian)象,真正實現(xian)物資整齊、賬實相符(fu)、制度規(gui)范的(de)有(you)序(xu)局面。 近日,物(wu)(wu)資部(bu)進(jin)(jin)一步完善(shan)了(le)物(wu)(wu)資出入(ru)庫流(liu)程(cheng)和退庫流(liu)程(cheng),同時進(jin)(jin)一步明確相關(guan)人員(yuan)任(ren)務、職(zhi)責分工(gong)(gong)。每周制(zhi)定(ding)(ding)工(gong)(gong)作推進(jin)(jin)計(ji)劃,部(bu)門全員(yuan)參與(yu)制(zhi)定(ding)(ding)方案,對標先進(jin)(jin)經(jing)(jing)驗做法,舉一反三找問(wen)題,精益求精抓整改,不斷完善(shan)各項管(guan)理(li)(li)制(zhi)度。在6S管(guan)理(li)(li)落實(shi)過程(cheng)中,物(wu)(wu)資部(bu)始終堅持檢查、整改相結(jie)合,實(shi)時跟蹤檢查整改反饋及效果。截止當前,物(wu)(wu)資部(bu)已經(jing)(jing)建立(li)三個物(wu)(wu)資存儲庫房,基本(ben)完成物(wu)(wu)資清理(li)(li)盤點(dian)和系統錄(lu)入(ru)等工(gong)(gong)作,相信在不久的(de)將來,一定(ding)(ding)可以(yi)實(shi)現物(wu)(wu)資的(de)高(gao)效率(lv)管(guan)理(li)(li)。 路雖遠行則(ze)將至,事雖難做則(ze)可成,通過一系列(lie)的舉措,公(gong)司(si)生產現場(chang)、辦(ban)公(gong)區域、物資(zi)管理等工作得到(dao)了大(da)幅度(du)提(ti)升(sheng),將繼續深入推進6S管理工作,逐步提(ti)升(sheng)公(gong)司(si)良好的形象。(蔚轉轉 供稿)
